Do my files get uploaded anywhere?

No. All processing happens in your browser, on your device. The only network traffic is the one-time app download the first time you visit. After that, JuSenseDataSuite works fully offline. We have no server that handles your files.

What PDF tools are included?

Merge PDFs, split by pages or size, reorder and delete pages, compress, password-protect, watermark, extract text, OCR scanned PDFs (English, German, Spanish, French), and redact text — redaction permanently removes content, not just paints over it.

Can I convert PDF to Word without uploading?

Yes — for text-heavy PDFs. The conversion preserves paragraph breaks and basic bold/italic. Tables come out as space-separated text; multi-column layouts may scramble. For complex layouts, Microsoft Word's built-in File → Open on a .pdf reconstructs better than any browser-side tool.

Can I convert Word to PDF?

Yes. JuSenseDataSuite produces print-ready PDFs from .docx, preserving headings, formatting, lists, simple tables, and images. A pre-flight scanner warns about features the v1 engine can't preserve (merged cells, nested tables, multi-column, form fields) before you convert.

Does it work offline?

Yes. JuSenseDataSuite is a Progressive Web App. On first visit the entire app caches locally; after that it runs fully offline. It never phones home.

What's the difference from Smallpdf, iLovePDF, or Adobe online?

Those services upload your file to their servers. JuSenseDataSuite never transmits your file — processing happens in your browser. Smallpdf free is capped at 2 tasks/day and requires an account; JuSenseDataSuite gives you 1000 operations/month with no account.

Does the licence cover all my devices?

Yes — one Pro licence covers one person across all their own devices (laptop, desktop, phone, tablet). Paste the key on each. It's not a team or per-seat licence; two people need two licences.

What's the refund policy?

Pro is refundable within 14 days of purchase. Email support@jupitersense.com with your licence key. You can also try Pro free for 14 days before buying — click Start Free Trial in the app, no card required.

What happens if JupiterSense stops existing?

What this tool doesn't do

We'd rather tell you up front than leave you frustrated in the middle of a task.

No batch or scheduled processing. One file at a time, by human click. If you need to convert 200 PDFs in one job, use a desktop tool or Adobe.
No cloud sync between devices. Your licence works on every device, but your settings and history stay local to each install. Use Settings → Backup to move them.
No team or seat licensing. One Pro licence covers one person across their own devices. Two people need two licences.
PDF→Word is text extraction, not layout reconstruction. For PDFs with tables or multi-column layouts, use Word's built-in File → Open on a .pdf — Microsoft's layout recovery is better than any browser tool.
Word→PDF v1 can't perfectly render merged-cell forms. Complex Word forms with colspan/rowspan tables degrade to equal-width columns. A pre-flight scanner warns you before you convert.
No REST API or CLI. It's a UI-driven PWA. If you need automation, you want a different product.
