Each successful save counts as one operation. The counter resets on the 1st of each calendar month, local time. If you cross 1000 in a month, work still continues — we never hard-block you. The app just suggests upgrading and keeps working.
No. All processing happens in your browser, on your device. The only network traffic is the one-time app download the first time you visit. After that, JuSenseDataSuite works fully offline.
We have no server that handles your files. There is no cloud to opt out of because there is no cloud. You can verify this yourself — open your browser's Network tab while merging a PDF; you'll see zero requests.
Those tools upload your file to their servers, process it there, and send the result back. That's fine for non-sensitive documents, but it means every tax return, contract, medical record, or client invoice you've converted has been on someone else's infrastructure — possibly logged, possibly cached, possibly subject to subpoena.
JuSenseDataSuite never transmits your file. That's the only meaningful difference for most users. For power users, we're less mature — no batch processing, no API, no team features. If you need those, Smallpdf or Adobe are still the right choice.
Yes. JuSenseDataSuite is a Progressive Web App (PWA). On first visit the entire app is cached on your device. From then on you can merge, convert, redact, and process files on an airplane, in a café with no WiFi, or on a locked-down corporate network. It never phones home.
Yes, within honest limits. JuSenseDataSuite extracts text from a PDF and writes it to an editable .docx file, fully in your browser. Paragraph breaks and basic bold/italic are preserved when the PDF used standard fonts.
What this conversion does NOT preserve:
For PDFs with complex tables or multi-column layouts, Microsoft Word's built-in File → Open on a .pdf reconstructs layout better than any browser tool. Use that if you have Word installed. This conversion is best for text-heavy PDFs where you just need the content.
Yes. JuSenseDataSuite produces a print-ready PDF from a .docx file, preserving headings, paragraphs, inline formatting (bold, italic, underline), lists, simple tables, and embedded images.
Before conversion, a pre-flight scanner warns you about layout features the v1 engine can't preserve exactly — merged cells (colspan/rowspan), nested tables, text boxes, multi-column layouts, headers and footers, form fields. You still get the conversion; you just won't be surprised by the output.
For full-fidelity conversion of complex forms, Microsoft Word's native File → Save As PDF remains the best option. Our tool is for quick archival PDFs and text-heavy documents.
Excel → PDF renders sheets with their formatting to a printable PDF. CSV ↔ XLSX converts in both directions.

The layout adapts to small screens, but heavy operations on very large files will run faster on a laptop.
Yes — a Pro license is for one person across their own devices (laptop, desktop, second laptop, phone, tablet). The same license key activates Pro on each device you paste it into.
Pro is not a team or per-seat license. If two people in the same household or office want Pro, each needs their own. See the Terms of Service for the full wording.

Files you converted or saved to disk are unaffected — those live wherever you saved them on your file system.
JuSenseDataSuite itself keeps its settings, usage counter, and licence key in your browser's local storage, so clearing that resets the app to a fresh install. The app ships with a 3-tier automatic backup system so that accidental settings loss is recoverable — see Settings → Backups.
Your installed copy keeps working. There's no server to phone home to, no license check against our infrastructure, no cloud dependency. The version you installed today continues to process your files indefinitely. This is a deliberate protection against vendor lock-in.
