Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because JuSenseSheet offers a free tier with 50 invoices/month, you can thoroughly evaluate it before buying Pro. We encourage this — try it with your real invoices first. If you do purchase Pro and it does not meet your needs, we will make it right within the window described below.

2. JuSenseSheet Pro — Refund Window

JuSenseSheet Pro is eligible for a full refund if requested:

  • Within 14 days of your purchase date, and
  • You have processed fewer than 200 invoices since purchase

Whichever threshold is reached first closes the refund window. If either condition is exceeded, the purchase is non-refundable.

This dual threshold exists because JuSenseSheet Pro is a one-time purchase — once a Pro key has been substantially used (200+ invoices), the value has been delivered. We believe this is fair: the free tier plus a 14-day / 200-invoice window is more than enough to evaluate the software for real-world use.

3. SenseDedupe — Refund Window

SenseDedupe is eligible for a full refund within:

  • 14 days of your purchase date — no usage threshold

No questions asked within the 14-day window. Just send us your order number and we will process the refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple:

Include your order number and the email address used at purchase

We will process your refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method

Depending on your bank or card provider, the refund may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

5. After the Refund Window

After the refund window closes, purchases are final. We are reasonable people — if something is genuinely not working as advertised (a reproducible technical defect), reach out and we will investigate. We will not issue refunds for change of mind or workflow mismatches once the window has passed.

6. Free Tier

JuSenseSheet's Free tier (50 invoices/month) requires no payment and is not subject to this policy. Since there is no charge, there is nothing to refund. We encourage you to use the free tier thoroughly before purchasing Pro.
